    1. Company details
    Devinita B.V., established in Amstelveen, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 85933171, is responsible for the sale and delivery of wine and related products through the website[www.devinita.nl].

    2. Applicability
    These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements and deliveries of Devinita B.V. to business customers. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be amended by Devinita B.V. at any time, with the latest version being binding for all orders.

    3. Offer and agreement
    All offers on the website are without obligation and subject to availability. An agreement is concluded when we send an order confirmation to the customer’s specified e-mail address. We reserve the right to refuse orders, for example if credit restrictions are not met or if there is insufficient stock.

    4. Prices and payment
    All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated. Any transport costs will be stated separately. Devinita B.V. reserves the right to change prices or correct errors in the offer. Payment should be made according to the agreed terms and conditions, for example via prepayment, invoice or other business payment methods.

    5. Delivery and delivery time
    We deliver within the Netherlands. Orders under €400 excluding VAT will be charged €15 shipping costs. Orders over €400 excluding VAT will be delivered free of charge. Delivery takes place on the following days:

  • Amsterdam region: delivery days Tuesday and Friday

  • Region outside Amsterdam: delivery day Wednesday
    Orders must be received no later than 8:00 a.m. on the delivery day to be delivered on that day.

    6. Complaint Procedure
    Complaints about products or delivery can be reported within 7 days of receipt via info@devinita.com. We aim to deal with complaints within 3 working days and always seek an appropriate solution.

    7. Liability
    Devinita B.V. is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the products supplied, unless there is intent or gross negligence. In all cases, liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

    8. Intellectual Property
    All content on the website and the Devinita B.V. brand are protected by copyright, trademark law and/or other intellectual property rights. Nothing may be reproduced or published without written permission from Devinita B.V..

    9. Privacy and data protection
    We value your privacy. Personal data is used exclusively for order processing and communication with business customers. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.

    10. Applicable law and disputes
    All agreements are subject to Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district in which Devinita B.V. has its registered office.

    11. Corrupted or faulty wine

    If a wine is corked or otherwise found to be faulty, we will replace it at all times, unless otherwise agreed in advance with the customer. For replacement, the faulty wine must be returned with the next delivery. No refunds will ever be given for faulty wines; replacement is the only form of compensation.
