Delivery and shipping policy

We strive to deliver your order within three days, no later than five business days. We accept no liability on late delivery.

Returning your order, including shipping costs paid, is always possible, without giving a reason, within 14 days of placing the order. Your payment will be refunded within 30 days to the account number you provided. We will use the same means of payment that the consumer used for a refund, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge to the consumer. Any return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

If delivery is not made within 30 days, the buyer reserves the right to cancel the order without further cost. However, pre-sale wines can only be delivered after bottling at the winery in question.

You can order in the webshop from an amount of € 30,-. Webshop orders above € 150,- will be delivered free of charge to one address in Amsterdam and surroundings. Outside this region, this applies to orders above €350,- to one address within the Netherlands. This applies only to standard orders from the webshop. For personal wishes or customized packages please contact Devinita B.V. Any additional costs will be discussed.

Webshop orders under €150,- will be charged €4,95 in Amsterdam and surroundings. In the rest of the Netherlands, webshop orders under €350,- will be charged €7,25.

Overview

To purchase wine from Devinita B.V., you must be at least 18 years old.

Wines are delivered either by Devinita B.V. or by a 3rd distribution party. Upon delivery, you must be able to identify yourself.

Before an order is delivered, you will be contacted via SMS to agree on a delivery time.

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift Certificates

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

If so, contact your credit card company; it may take a while for your refund to be officially credited.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at klantenservice@devinita.com , here we will be happy to help you.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Return

To return your product, you must send your product to our designated address.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
