Chardonnay Berto & Fiorella

Chardonnay I.G.T.

The grapes of Berto & Fiorella's Chardonnay are harvested in the first and second ten days of September. They are then carefully destemmed and gently pressed. The resulting juice is clarified and ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.

After fermentation, the wine remains on fine lees in stainless steel vats for three months. The bottled wine is stored in temperature-controlled rooms.

The Chardonnay has a yellow color with golden highlights.

On the nose, the wine is intense, full-bodied and compelling. Characteristic floral notes of jasmine mingle with hints of white fruit, ripe apple and white peach, complemented by tropical yellow fruits such as pineapple and papaya.

On the palate, it is full-bodied, complex and velvety. The finish is soft with notes of pear and dried fruit, enriched with hints of balsamic. The taste is long-lasting with a pleasant aftertaste of white fruit.
