Etél by Lornano is named after the daughter of Nicolo, the owner of Lornano. It is a cheerful and supple rosé with enticing notes of citrus and flowers. The grapes for Etél are hand-picked during two different harvests, one in mid-September and one in mid-October. After being carefully destemmed, the grapes are vinified in modern stainless steel tanks. Here they undergo 4-6 hours of maceration on the skins at a temperature of about 5° Celsius. The resulting must is then transferred to other stainless steel tanks to ferment at a controlled temperature of 18° Celsius. Etél has a light pink color and immediately reveals its personality. The nose is fruity, with citrus notes of grape fruit and delicate floral hints such as rose. On the palate, Etél offers a long persistence, with a convincing grapefruit note in the finish that gives this wine an extraordinary flavor-olfactory consistency. The freshness makes each sip juicy and refreshing. Be seduced by the lively charm of Etél, a perfect companion for any moment of enjoyment at Lornano.

Lornano
Nicolò’s family has owned the boutique winery “Lornano” for generations. But when Nicolò took over from his parents, he decided to set out on a new course with Lornano, nestled among the enchanting hills of Tuscany’s famed Chianti region.
