Sauvignon Blanc “Costa dell’Ape” I.G.T.

The ripe grapes are carefully harvested by hand and then fully pressed with gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16-18 degrees in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine matures for some time in the tank to refine on the fine lees before bottling.

This Sauvignon Blanc has a yellow color with greenish reflections.

Upon tasting, the wine reveals herbaceous aromas such as boxwood flowers, tomato leaves and sage; after an initial aeration, hints of pineapple, elderberry and sage emerge. The wine has a firm structure in which its freshness is evident and well balanced with the alcohol content.
