Viognier

This Viognier, harvested in late September, is gently pressed immediately after picking to preserve its vibrant freshness and delicate aromas. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine is further aged for three months on inox to preserve its pure character. In the glass, it shows bright straw yellow with a hint of green reflections. In the nose, it opens with delicate floral notes of acacia and lemon blossom, nicely intertwined with aromas of ripe peach and fresh citrus.
