Zibibbo Ruano

The grapes are freshly harvested and hand-selected before being gently pressed whole. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a temperature of 16-18 degrees Celsius. After fermentation, the wine remains in the tank for a while to refine on the fine lees before being bottled.

The wine has a yellow color with green reflections.

The nose reveals harmonious aromas of hay, mimosa and chamomile, mixed with hints of almond, exotic fruit and Mediterranean spices.

It is a very aromatic, full-bodied and fresh wine with an abundance of fruit.

Serving temperature: 10-12° C
