Rosalento I.G.T.

I Buongiorno's Rosalento grapes are harvested in the last ten days of September. The wine is then vinified at controlled temperatures with cold maceration in stainless steel tanks.

Sourced from the best parts of pressed Negramaro grapes, this soft rosé presents itself in an intense pink color with ruby undertones. The taste is reminiscent of a world of cherries and red berries. Rosalento has a fresh, briny and fruity taste at the same time. The wine is round, persistent and enchanting, like the most romantic sunrise by the sea, cloaked in shades of pink and orange.
