Grillo "Biastra" D.O.C.

The ripe grapes are carefully harvested by hand and then gently pressed whole. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a temperature of 16-18 degrees Celsius. After fermentation, the wine is left in the tank for a while to mature on the fine lees before bottling.

The Grillo exhibits an intense straw yellow color with green reflections.

This wine is characterized by harmonious aromas of hay, mimosa and chamomile, interspersed with hints of almond, exotic fruit and Mediterranean spices.

The pallet is full, juicy and fresh, with a rich structure.

Serving temperature: 10-12° C
