Macerato I.G.T.

The ripe grapes for Adamo's Macerato are harvested by hand and then led to the tank completely intact, including the stem. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 16-18 degrees Celsius in steel tanks for about 15 days. After fermentation, the wine remains in the tank for a period of time to macerate and refine on the fine lees before bottling.

The wine has a yellow color with golden reflections.

In the nose, aromas of wild flowers, citrus fruits and bitter almonds can be detected.

The taste is velvety and has a long finish.

Serving temperature: 10-12° C
